How to use that forecast to support your upcoming proposals. Knowing what costs are needed to support the next contract is imperative to a solid bid. We will show an overview of what to include in your forecasts and how to use that during proposal writing. We will also show the importance of your forecast to cash flow projections and executive decision-making.

About your Speaker: Brian Ormsby

Brian is a US Air Force veteran, where he worked in flight simulation and cost & budget analysis. Brian is a Certified Cost Analyst, who specialized in Indirect Rate Calculations, Cost Proposal Preparation, Incurred Cost submissions and DCAA Audit support.

Brian spent 10 years as the Director of Operations for a small firm building simulators for DoD and NATO contracts where her learned the contractor side of government contraction (GOVCON.) Since 2014, Brian has exclusively worked as a consultant, assisting businesses who operating in the GOVCON space. Brian founded Pantheon Solutions in 2019 with an emphasis on assisting small and startup businesses navigate the GOVCON environment.

Brian has demonstrated success in leading initiatives and implementing technology solutions to satisfy business requirements. In-depth experience in identifying vendors, negotiating/monitoring contracts and reducing cost of outsourcing. Known for the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strategic relationships with diverse groups and individuals at all levels.
